our minds are consumed by thoughts of either future me or past me and only when we have to we think about now, me right now, the present moment. We live in each other’s pasts and futures but hardly ever right now,

and when we find the now, when we’re having so much fun we let everything else go, all fears or worries or projections about the future, all regrets or shame, or contemplation over the past, are those not the best (only!) moments we ever have?
